Profile Basics

What is Your Profile?

Your profile serves as your digital identity within the platform and includes:

  • Personal information
  • Posts and activity history
  • Content contributions
  • Group memberships

Accessing Your Profile

There are multiple ways to access your profile:

  1. Click on the “Profile” tab in the Engage navigation menu
  2. Click on your profile picture or name in the header

Viewing Other Profiles

To view a colleague’s profile:

  1. Click on their name or profile picture in posts, comments, or member lists
  2. Click on their profile from group member lists
  3. Navigate directly to their profile URL (if you know it)

Profile Content

Personal Details

Your profile displays:

  • Full name (as set in your account)
  • Profile picture (from your account settings)
  • Job title/role (if configured)
  • Posts you’ve created

Activity View

Your profile shows your engagement history:

  • Recent posts you’ve created
  • Content you’ve shared
  • Group memberships
  • History of interactions

Viewing Your Posts

The Profile tab primarily displays:

  • A chronological list of all your posts
  • Each post includes the same information as in the feed
  • All your posts are accessible, regardless of where they were originally posted

Post Management

From your profile, you can:

  • View all your posts in one place

  • Delete posts you no longer want to display
  • See comments and likes on your posts
